The Republican Party is committed to winning elections at every level in every region of the country, with a massive effort to fund organizers on the ground in every state, including South Carolina.

The ultimate goal is an active, effective group of Republicans organized in every single precinct in the country. From Hilton Head to Greenville, the South Carolina Republican Party is doing the following:

1. The Republican Party is hiring organizers chosen by the State Republican Party -- experienced local activists who know their communities.

2. Bring those organizers together for summits where they can learn from each other the best practices for getting organized to win national, State, and local elections.

3. Armed with the knowledge they've shared with each other, Republican organizers recruit and train leaders at the local level.

4. Those local leaders recruit more leaders and volunteers until every single precinct in their area has a trained, effective organization of Republicans dedicated to winning votes for Republicans.
